Marco Stefanelli was born and raised in Italy. Influenced heavily by the Italian culture, he was exposed to a variety of traditional Italian gastronomy. From an early age, Marco had a passion and interest in food. He decided to develop his culinary skills and learn the art of cooking. When he immigrated to the Unites States, food immediately became his profession. Working in various restaurants, he realized that his unique knowledge for the Italian cuisine could take him far in life if properly utilized. The last step of his journey was to open a restaurant to share his passion with the community.
